Yesterday I taught my 12 year old how to make a full meal for a family of 4 with a frugal ingredients list.
I haven’t packed a school lunch in…days!
I have however made supper every day. Boo.

I stretch meat when I can, since I’m feeding meat eaters here…But I do it for two reasons: get more meat for our hard-earned buck, and to boost flavour and nutrition.
