Who’s monitoring screen-time now?

I’m probably going to delete this later.

Remember back about a month ago when monitoring screen-time was all the rage? 😶

I don’t know if I should shrug my shoulders, roll my eyes, or cry.

Hungry pandemic teenagers

Disclaimer: this is an attempt at some silly humour. If you’re [still] a snowflake and can’t take my attempt of describing a slice of life in a locked-down, metropolitan 🇨🇦 family, best piss off before leaving a passive aggressive comment. Sorry not sorry.

The apocalyptic stash of Pringles is now officially gone.

I bought three cans and a few bags of chips before this all happened, and the boys have been out twice for supplies since we sequestered ourselves in our home in IDK, 14, 15 days now.

The chips are gone. All of them. 😶

I find myself facing a dilemma. It appears I no longer have a choice here.

More creativity out of my pandemic kitchen

So we’re keeping sane being under house arrest. Mostly by doing creative things. Like cooking. And art. And perfecting the art of Call of Duty gaming. (I don’t know…ask a teenager.)

Back when I started eight weeks ago I did some jump rope. I could do something like 11 seconds before I had to stop from all the huffing and puffing.

Today, I did three sets of 80 seconds. That’s almost a minute and a half! 🙂

Part-time anxiety issues

On some days, the slightest thing can cause me to feel major anxiety.

And yet, the same exact thing another day may not even register on my brain.

I don’t get it.

Hump day drivel

This morning I really didn’t feel like going to boot camp.

Then I looked outside.

Car covered in snow.

Now I really, really didn’t feel like getting myself all packed up into layers to go to boot camp.

So when 9:05 came around …

A question, an irritation, self-checkout and more on the deactivated comments in WordPress

Welcome to the most convoluted title I’ve have come up with yet. Hold on to your hat as you read my post because I am in a ramble-y sort of mood. 😛

Today I discovered something cool at a local coffee shop.
