About jump rope and laundry

So. About boot camp… 😶

After Tuesday’s chocolate gorging, I went to check out the local exercise class in the church basement on Wednesday morning.

Well, the good news is, I’m still alive. 😂

Random weekend thoughts

Since our Friday excursion to the little Polish neigbhourhood of Toronto, my weekend has been relatively uneventful. It was just my girl and I, as the boys are not due home till Sunday night, so it’s been quieter than usual which I don’t mind at all.

There is something going around though that has me feeling a little under the weather. Partly, it’s because my back is experiencing spasms that have locked me up tight. Honestly, sleeping is what I want to do most, but I can’t seem to find a position that isn’t painful.

Random thoughts to get past a moody mood

The other day in the car we were listening to a soft rock station and this song Bed of Roses by Bon Jovi came on. I’m not really a fan of this song (but I do like some of Bon Jovi’s stuff) but this stupid song has been in my head for three days. Help me! 😮

I can’t remember grade 6 math. 🙄

There are women like me out there who agonize over things that don’t seem to preoccupy the general population but bother people like me.

So when this thing happened last night, I didn’t feel quite so odd anymore.

Allow me to elaborate:

Monday morning grief

This morning, my partner says to me “will you do a white wash today?”

Why, was my response. Oh, he doesn’t have any more of those white tshirts he sometimes wears.

I do a quick check in the drawers to reassure myself that it’s not possible he’s out of undershirts, expecting a disarray of tshirts mixed up with other clothing, and I see neatly folded non-white tshirts and an empty spot where the white tshirts are usually stowed.

Oops.
